Dear Members,

I am trying to create a sales order.
But iam having two problems.

I have two items they are as follows:

<font color="red"><b>1. Item: 011602
Description: Charge Description Code
Type: Charge Master</b></font id="red">

For the above item when Iam trying to create a sales order the availabilty form is showing the on hand quantity as '0'.

Here my doubt is how to increase the onhand quantity of this item
<font color="red"><b>011602</b></font id="red">

<font color="red"><b>2. Item: 10-40W Oil
Description: 10-40W Car/Truck Motor Oil
</b></font id="red">
For the above item when Iam trying to create a sales order iam getting the following errors:

<font color="red"><b>APP-ONT-250271: Online discounting is not allowed: zero or no list price</b></font id="red">

Can any one provide me the solutions for the above two problems.

For First problem use Misc. Receipt Feature to increase on hand quantity

For Second Problem add item to price list used in Sale Order

hi Arun

2. Check Whether You include this Item in Price List

Check the SnapShot Attached with this Mail (Pricelist.jpg)

1. Item Availability (stock) not necessary for creating a slaes order. we can create sales order , if there is no stock then it will consider as demand for that item .
--> through Misc Receipt Transactions in Inventory we can stock the Item

-- can u pls tell what is "Charge Master" Type

hopw this will solve ur problem

Hi ,

Did your problem get resolved.

The problem may be because of the incorrect selection of inventory organisation during miscellaneous receipts.

Please let me know if you are facing any issue further.
