Hi ALL,
My query is related to journals.
I am checking journals for couple of periods defined.
Period 1 7,xxxxx.xx
Period 2 7,xxxxx.xx
Period 3 7,xxxxxx.xx
Period 4 2,xxxxxx.xx
From above period 1 - 3 has and amount of 7,xxxxx.xx where as period 4 has 2,xxxxx.xx.
I would like to know how should i proceed to work on it,where should i start with to check this out.
Your views are appreciated.
Note: journals are posted succesfully.

Actually the amount that is posted in periods 1,2,3 are 7,xxx,xxx.xx and the amount for period 4 is 2,xxx,xxx.xx instead it should be 7,xxx,xxx.xx. My question is what all should i check to know the difference.

Do write it back if require more clarification.

Is that you have created a Recurring Journal / Mass Allocation or is it a Manual Journal.

Please be clear on it.
