sales orders strucked in interfaces

dear guys
some sales orders are strucked in interfaces. at sales order form line status is shipped. in pending transactions form is not showing sales orders.

Hi,
Once the line status is shipped u cannot see the sales order in pending transaction form.
What is ur actual requirement .

go to shipping transactions form --> change the status to shipped or blank--> query the sales order--> get the delivery no. -->run request:shipping interface-->choose interface trip stop--> input the delivery no under the delivery parameter then check if the status changed to closed. if it does not resolved the issue log-in as sysadmin
via portal then try to check if there's any workflow notifications regarding
errors in sales order, open it then press retry.see if it works

Run OMSE11i script and find out the exact cause why those lines have a problem

Hi,
Try running Workflow background engine Request with parameters - Process struck to 'Yes'.
