HAI karthik,
Inter company transactions means, transactions between two legal entities.
To work on Inter Company you need to do some setups.
After completion of the setups, enter one journal entry by using two different legal entities.(Debit in one legal entity,credit in another legal entity)
System will add automatic intercomany lines to your journal entry.
