It is observed that few members post questions with irrelevant subject, in irrelevant forum, without providing version of their instance and the name of module and with wrong spellings. Even they never bothered to search before posting.

Will they be able to become good Consultants/Employees?

These guys may be suited for lower management staff but never for middle or supervisory roles.
