what is third party invoice other than supplier invoice and invoice created by a organisation?

Hai,
Third Party Invoice means invoice received from other than the supplier.
For example "One employee of the company purchased some items by using his company credit card."
In the above case Credit card company is the Third Party.we will receive the credit slip at the period end.That is called third party invoice.
