AME approval rules for SSHR Benefit

Does anyone know the HR process name that can be used to invoke AME approval rules for SSHR Benefit transactions? For example, an employee changes medical plan option due to a qualifying event and submits through SSHR Ben. We would like our HR Person to approve the transaction before the data is entered into the OAB tables.
