Transaction type - AR integration

Hi Friends,

I have faced problems where some Sales Orders, Credit Orders get stuck in the AR interface.

It would be of great help if I could get some document/presentation which would explain the flow from SO to AR. Especially how transaction types effect, how they are linked with workflow and how they map in AR...
