Outside Processing Scenarios

Dear gurus[:)]
i have question rgarding outside processsing scenarios problem .
if i have to send plate 30m outside to make job out of 30m only suppose only 18m consume in making jobs so am sending one material outside and receiving two materials after job completion.
how to map this scenario in apps with taking care of challons,duties ...
