After HR Rollup patch - assignment time button mis

It looks like the HR Rollup patch updated something that removed the assignment time button from the assignment form.
'assignment time' button was visible before the patch.
Any idea how to check the configuration and make change to configuration so that assignment time button will be avaliable again for view ? some basic steps for configs . i.e what and how to setup?
Is there any errors/bugs caused by HR Rollup patch to disappear this button. I do not see any comments in metalink search so far.
