Dears i have a Client i am connecting it to Gl server i use all the ways but when i connect the message shows Packet writer Failure what can i do now I uninstall the Developer and then install again and make a new connection now i have only 1 way left Reinstall the windows can any 1 help me in this regard.

In my view When u Uninstall Client and Developer the above mentioned error should not Repeat. how it is coming ? may be it's a miracle

My suggestion is:

Once again u try to uninstall both oracle client as well as Developer
and also delete the instance of ORACLE in REGEDIT

And then Install the ORACLE client and Developer freshly.

if it is not going to solve your problem,u must format your machine
