the data is transferred from purchasing to gl interface.
however the data has been deleted without importing and no backup is available.

please provide any solution at the asap.

I don't think there is any way to retrieve those transactions by using standard functionality, now take balances from Purchasing and enter manually into GL but remember the fact that no drill down would be available for those POs.

Open a Service Request with Oracle Support and they will provide you with data fix.
