I am a Oracle EBS 11i technical consultant with 3 years of exp in India and Spain. Recently I have moved to UK and looking for jobs.

Can anybody tell me how interviews format will be? How many rounds will be there?

You can check the interview questions from ERPstuff.com. Just type interview in the search. most interview in Uk is divided into 3. HR questions on team work, setting priority, communication, career progression etc. Consulting questions in the area of implementation phases and project life cycles lastly product questions especially the job you have done previously in technical area.

Visit jobserve.com and select uk for Uk jobs. You can also check cwjobs.co.uk or monster.co.uk.

Your previous employers will provide job references for you.
