Hai Please explain what is the thershold in PO and in what scenarios it will be used ; What is the use of it.

The thershold in PO is mainly used in Contract Purchase Agreement i.e. the PO amount shud not exceed the contract amount.

I cant tell you exact pros and cons of the situation as the Contract Purchase Agreement is not used in my organization and hence setup for the sameis not there.

Tell me if I am wrong.
