Inventory Oranization location question

Hello,

I am trying to create inventory location for US but in the address style- there r only 3 options given- UK,UK International,Egypt International
How can i add UNited States Internation in that option


As far as my knowledge says that i should create inventory location first n then i should create legal entity

Correct me if i am wrong
