where u acn learn the HRMS,now HRMS module number of oppurtunities and financials modules also good.

question1:
Can we run payroll on a part of employees those employees come under same payroll. eg. 100 employee are in a paroll , can we run 10 employees payroll at a time.

Hi,
Create the assignment set and in this select your required 10 employees and also u can give some critari , all employee come under this criteria will be select. NOW while u run the payroll select the assignment set in the parameters.

There is nothing like a standard interview questionnaire for ERP professionals. If you are a novice candidate in ERP and has relevant functional experience in the domain...the most likely the interview will be done on the domain experience and basic questions of ERP like setups..where is this field...where can we enter a particular data...so on and so forth...
So it really depends on how you are projecting your profile to the companies.

Few more questions,
What is,
- the difference between recruitment and hiring?
- performance appraisal and how to deal in apps?
- an element?
- employee number is at what level entity, Business Unit etc?
- can you add or remove a position from the position hierarchy?
- are the flexfield required for setup?
