to start irecruitment in 11.5.10.2 what are the requirements. and how to start irecruitment. In oracle corporations pdf it is giving profiles like "IRC:Homepage function" but it is not appearing in my package. why. how to solve this problem. and how to start irec. please help me.

you have to set may profile options & some lookups
like
Irecrutimanger manager
1- user with this responsibility
2- use this profile option
- IRC:install
- IRC: Registration Business Group
3-
Insure that u have
-jobs
- Position
- Grads
- Organization
- competency
4- in b.g use recruitment tab
Add
5- add new assignment
assignment statues is a specific per b.g
6-add lookups
Irc_variable_comp_element
6- u must add comptancey requirement for every position
