IE Error oracle apps 11i

I have installed 11ioin 2003 SP1 however now am not able to access it because am getting the following ERROR
Iexplorer The instruction at "0x6d4ac1f8" referenced at "0x6d4ac1f8". The memory could not be "written".
How to get rid of this problem.
