sys Admin : Security > Responsibility > Define
When I click this I get the following message in the FireFox browser ___

"Additional plugins are required to display all the media on this page"
The page does not open and unable to proceed further.

I connected my server to internet for automatic plugins to fix the problem. It showed no suitable plugins. What did I do wrong.

hi Roy,

Please install the latest version of Mozilla firefox, and try again.

Better you can work with latest version of Internet Explorer for these type of Applet windows.
