Dear Gurus,

I need little detailed explanation regarding intercompany journals. As per my knowledge we can raise 3 types of intercompany journals.
1. Standard Intercompany journals 2. Qualifier type Intercompany Journals 3. clearing type intercompany journals.

I need clarification/explanation regarding statuses of each type of journal on posting. (I mean howmany lines will be created on posting and explain.).

Please clarify me.

let me give an example on a simple intercompany transaction.if you have specified intercompany accounts for category other/other.
say the entry is like this

01-000-1560-0000-000
To 02-000-1560-0000-000
--------------------------
when you post
additionally you wil get two lines generated for intercompany receivables and intercompany payables

YOu said 2 more lines will be added on posting. Explain me how those lines looks like. Also Please breif me about 3 types of Intercompany journals. i.e. Standard, Qualifier type and Clearing type.
