Document Numbers are not appearing in upload page

Hi,
Document Numbers are not appearing in upload page of catalog administrator
i created a GBPA in R12 purchasing responsibilty. however i am not finding that BPA in upload page Catalog Admisitration (even though we have enabled the agreement for catalog Authoring)
Any help is appreciated.
