process struck

hi
suppose for one customer we are making 2 DA at a time.after work flow. only 1 invoice is appearing.later when we do again work flow it is under process struck.
we are getting that sales order in the next day. what is the solution for this. if u cn suggest any solution means i am very help ful to all the solution providers.
