hi,
i want to learn oracle hrms/payroll module of oracle apps.
i have good background knowledge of hrms and oracle developer 2000 and 10g.
can any one tell me from where should i start??

Dear Admin,
as per my research i found that there are many jobs with high pay scale for oracle e-business suits in gulf countries.
so i want to switch my skilss to oracle apps.

Hi!
To do well in the Oracle e-bus HRMS/Payroll area you need 2 things in my opinion - experience and the right training/certifications.
To get the initial experience try and join a large consulting company which implements Oracle e-Business suite - companies such as IBM, Accenture etc. Work here for 1-2 years. They will move you around different project and the experience you gain here will be highly regarded...
As for the training, try and complete the Oracle University courses based around HRMS/Payroll. If you are at a company like IBM, Accenture then they will usually help you with this.
Once you have the experience and the relevant training then you can start demanding the high money

Hi Jaleel,
As of now there is No certifications available for HRMS and Payroll. The best thing to get knowledge about in HRMS is some realtime experience. Work with some big companies who r implementing HRMS module.
