Please guide how i can attach LOV with the parameter of Reports

Simply Make Form(FMB) for that report and use that form as a Parameter Form.

There is no Way to Make LOV in Report Parameter Form. there is only Drop Down List available.

This is note possible in reports. you can use discoverer to use advance reporting feature.
