Regarding Property Manager Module

Oh I thought the module is used for properties setting of Oracle Apps (hahaha) but after gathering some information shocked as it is the module to deal with Real Estate Business. Correct me if still I am wrong.... Well let's wait if someone here may have some experience of this module. Thanks
