help ...! Unable to Set virtual path on OAS10g

Hi.. Guys ..
I have installed "Oracle Application Server Forms & Reports Services(10.1.2.)" Standalone on windows server 2003 SP1 machine.
I have created form module in Oracle Forms 10g.
i have successfully deployed forms on OAS10g ,also set different section in "formsweb.conf" file.
But i want to access some other files like html files from my directory on OAS10g.
and i am unable to set virtual path for my directory
DETAILS ARE SHOWN BELOW:
ORACLE_HOME : = D:\Oracle10gFR
my Program Directory Path := D:\Oracle10gFR\mySoft\tempApp
my form url :
http://workshop.domain:7778/forms/frmse ... ig=tempApp
this link only access form modules but i want to access html files from this URL:
SO PLEASE SUGGEST ME HOW IT CAN BE POSSIBLE..
