After sales

can anybody tell me the rsponsibility of after sales?
There is no responsibility named "after sales" on oracle apps.
In case you are looking at after sales functions , these are as below -
1. dispatching
2. dispatch confirmation
3. Sending invoice to customer
4. Customer inspection
5. Payment follow ups
