[;)] i have period end closed AP means invoice & payments But i am working one operat unit name india but i am closing time one more pakishan operation unit was display my OU all of them pukka but another operatunit some payment was not closed hoe do close period ,
same how to setup link with two OU ?

I think

1) You are correct , Input or Output Tax . The difference between the two your tax amount payable to tax authority.

2) Second Question is not clear . I request you to please rephrase it .

FYI - Period Closing happens at SOB level and does not happens at Operating Unit.

Case 1 :
Assumption your two OU are in same SOB . Then untill there is any transaction (i.e. Unaccounted or Untrasferred Invoice / Payment) or Unconfirmed Payment Batch in any of the two OU attached to same SOB you will not be able to close the period.

Case 2:
Two OU are attached to different SOB.. In this since there are two seperate SOB's thus one will not impact other.
