Hi All,

Payment is created and it has been paid and also shows as accounted.
However when I check Tools > View accounting that form doesnt show the entries can anyone help me on this.

You have not mentioned the version so if View Accounting menu is not displayed then check the function "XLA: View Accounting Lines" in your menu/responsibility is not included/excluded.

Also try to get APList by following metalink note 148388.1. In case the data is not there then better to create an SR with metalink so they will provide you a data fix.
