Sending e-mail with attachement from forms 10g

I want to send a e-mail from froms with attachment using UTL_MAIL.
it is working without attachment, but when i use UTL_MAIL.SEND_ATTACH_RAW it gives ORA-29280 (Director error)
Can any one has clear example of its.
