Concurrent Program using SQL * Loader

Hi All,
I am using SQL * loader as an option to develop the concurrent program
I am running a concurrent program and getting the following error
SQL*Loader-500: Unable to open file (d:\oracle\visappl\po\11.5.0\bin\item.ctl)
OSD-04002: unable to open file
O/S-Error: (OS 2) The system cannot find the file specified.
Can anyone tell me how to overcome this error.
