Hi All,

Could you please assist what is the difference between PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Single Project and PRC: Generate Draft Invoice for a single project.

Please let me know what these reports will do as i need more explanation.

Hi Mahesh

In Project you should understand the difference between Revenue and Billing

Once your events occures for billing, You will generate an Invoice for a Project thru a concurent Request PRC: Generate Draft Invoice which debit Receivable and Credit Un earned Revenue ( On Assumption that revenue will recognise at later stage)

Once your events occures for revenue, you will generate the revenue for a project thru a concurrent request PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Single Project which will debit Unearned revenue and credit the Actual Revnenue.
