PTD-Budgeted Balances showing Zero

Hi Folks,

I have defined FSG for Income and expenditure statement.

In that i need 3 columns .

1. PTD-Actual
2. PTD-Budget
3. YTD-Actual.


Here i am getting the balances for PTD-Actual and YTD-Actual.. but PTD-
Budget balances is showing zero.


I have checked in Inquiry accounts and Trail balance- Budgeted those
two are showing balances but FSG is not showing any balance for
particular code combination.


Your out puts are valuable. it is very urgent

Can you asign a Control Value for these column?

You need define a control value for ex: 1
and then .. define in the report that the control value 1 is a budget that you need obtain balances..

that s because your Budget does not contain the ADJUSTING period..
