Using Assignment status in proper way?.
Oracle HR Assignment status is LOV field you can use it for a lot of things anyone from our erpstuff member can explain this for us.

Dears,

- One of uses of Assignment Statuses in Oracle HRMS is to indicate that an employee status is on vacation! and to use it in your function calculations!

Any one have other ideas on using Assignment Statuses? Please share...
