Payroll Exceptions Report
Use the Payroll Exceptions report to provide the user with the list of employees having variances in their current month salary from previous month salary. The report is also used to identify the source of the exception, and be able to stop the payroll processing for employees with big unjustified variances, and continue their payroll processing once the variance is clarified
The Payroll Exceptions report details should provide the following summary details in the last page of the report.
1. Total Previous month element (full) value.
2. Total this month (actual) value.
3. Total variance amount.
