POSTING HANGING in PROCESSING.

POSTING HANGING in PROCESSING.

Hi All,
I am having a serious issue at my client site.
i transfer transactions from payables and receivables to General Ledger some were posted properly while others are in PROCESSING and refused to be posted.Anytime it is posted, the status reads error.The transactions in PROCESSING have been there since 2 days ago. what do i do to make the transactions in PROCESSING get posted.
