Statutory information?

Hi,
I can not complete ?Monthly Payroll? because of the ?Statutory info.? error in the Define Payroll:

HRMS doc R12 page 121.
Statutory information: When click on this I getting different information other than the doc. And the LOV has no value.
In the doc: GB Statutory Info:
Employer PAYE Reference, Unique ID.
But I getting different:
GB Statutory Info:
Tax Reference: ?No entries found of LOV? error.
So I cannot save this job.

What I have to do to get the ?Employer PAYE Reference??
