Anyone want to do Health check in Oracle HR or payroll, He will looking to the following area:-
1- The Key Flexfields design and definition.
2- Person type definition.
3- Value set of each segment for these KFF.
4- The definition of EIT and SIT.
5- The definition of DFF and sensitive Context.
6- BG definition and other Org. definition.
7- he integration between HR and Payroll.
8- Element definition and the element link component.
9- salary administrator and approval.
10- The fast formulas element for calculations and validation.There is alot of point under this.
11- Payroll definition and other information related.
12- User_ID definition and responsibility (menu, data group, data request)
13- Security profile definition.
14- Profile option used.
15- and other more i will include it inshallah
