Multiple countries installation?

Hi friends
If there is a company having head office in US and also companies in India and China so how we can install EBS R12?

1- We will only install in USA head office and all other locations will connect using internet to out central servers?

2- We need to keep 3 instatances on 3 locations? If so then how we will get consolidated reports at group level?
