Can any one please explain me about customizations in oracle. I am new beginner to Oracle.

It would be great if some one explain me customizations with some gud examples. Any document related to that would be of great help.

when your Apps current functionality is not fullfilling your business requirement like in Gap document then normally people go for customization.
