Can you please tell me the navigation for creation of Job & Position.

Hi Subramanian,

first let me know whether you want to create the Job and Position i.e. Flexifileds related or you want to define the Job and Position.

In case of first one you need to define Flexifields.

In second case Navigation : Workstructure > Job/Position > Description

I think It is useful to you....

1) create Job Key flex field and all related information required like Value set for each segment.
2) do the same for Position.
3) for this you can use System administrator (sysadmin/sysaddmin)
5) than define your BG.
6) after that populate you responsibility.
7) link the job group with Job Key flex field.

You need to define Job and position base in your creating your KFF for the job and position than you can process father in functionality of HR, please try to post your question in erpstuff.com
