Profile Option and Saudi Localization.

I received a lot of question asking me about Saudi localization and oracle profile required, I hope from all member post these questions in ERPSTUFF to be answer by all member, put any way the required option for HRMS in general as the following:

1. HR: SECURITY PROFILE
2. HR:BUSINESS GROUP PROFILE
3. HR:USER TYPE PROFILE
4. HR: LOCAL NATIONALITY
