Problem related to Accounting Rule

Hi,
I am new to Oracle Financial and trying to learn.

While Defining Accounting Rule

Receivables: Setup > Transactions > Accounting Rules.

I get ERROR when entering Period : "YY_Period_Type"
=====

ERROR message: "This Period does not exist"
===========

I defined this period type in my GL with 13 period.

Please let me know where i did the mistake.

I have already given my views please go thourgh that, and verify your setups and performances of other modules. And especially with your Calender in GL .
