I am trying to create Payment Process Request in Payables in R12.
When we select the invoices and the operating unit and run ..

The Build Payments is errored out with the following message .

Build program error: Exception occured when attempting to create payment instructions from the payments of the provided payment service request.

Kindly let us know what has to be down
