Can any one help me in resolving the following issue?

When I am trying to submit a new request to get the print out of the PR report, I am not able find the approved purchase requisition number in the LOV? Note: Expense item

Which report you are using for printing PR? Is it the standard one or a customised.The standard oracle report 'Printed Requisitions Report' will let you print those PRs which are approved .

Kindly check whether the PR is in approved state.
