Think with me : Every one are looking for a functionality between SSHR, HR and Payroll that if an employee wants to apply for Overtime, Business trip or Loan or any other allowance or transaction or the request uses approval base functionality of SSHR and after getting final approval it will create an element entry (EE) on employee assignment for payroll processing. All member welcome to share their experience in using the following:-
1) SIT.
2) EIT.
3) ICD
Or any method he used from his experience.

-- If you are using Forms, this can be accomplished through Custom.PLL and Element API's.
-- If you are using SSHR, this can be accomplished through using Functions, AME, and Element API's.
