What is the requirment to setup SSHR?

I received a lot of email ask me the requirement for setup SSHR.
the Answer for this Question as the following:

1) During creating User-ID to the Employee ADD the Employee in person in the same creating userid window.
2) set up this profile option <b></b>HR: Self Service Licensed <b></b>
to be "<span id='hl' style='background-color: yellow'>YES</span id='hl'>"
that all what you want to lat the SSHR to be work.
