Oracle 11i HRMS and Business Objects

I'm looking for a hybrid consultant to implement Business Objects who has specialist knowledge of Oracle HRMS.
Does anyone have this skillset or know anyone? Can anyone recommend any other sites whereby i could find such a consultant?
