Leave of absence in Self Service HR

While using Leave of absence in Self Service HR we found that .FYI notification is Self Service HR for Leave of absence is not having days and date in the mail . Which creates lot of confusion and our HR is not able to make it out that for how many days the person has applied the leave
Kindly let us know how to get number of days and date in the FYI notification .
