Hi,

Hope one of the Gurus to help me on this.

I log in as Operations user and in Order Management Module when I go down to Inventory I can see all the Items seeded in Vision Instance also I can create new item in Inventory. BUT

When I come back to OM and try to create an order I dont see any Item seeded or created Item in the LOV what could be the problem?

I do make sure I am in the same Inv Org. M1 - seattle Manufacturing.

Thanks in advance

Go to Inventory-----> items---> master items, Query that specific item you are concerned about and go to order management tab and check the Box "CUSTOMER ODERS ENABLED" and "CUSTOMER ORDERED" and go to OM and try.

Vinod,

Thanks for responding - NONE of the items from inventory is seen in OM.

I can create a new Item - and set all parametes - still it will not show up in OM when you want to create an order - LOV

Thanks

Did u check that condition? if so do produce steps!

Create an item and apply template "Purchasable item" and check that parameter i told u before in Order management tab. Go to tools---> Assign to org--> check assign to all organization. and save it.

Now try it should work.

Vinod,

Thanks again.

Let us keep the problem of a New item created aside for the moment.

What happened to all the seeded items in Vision.

I spend lot of time and found[:)] the reason.

What do you think is the reason that all the seeded Items is not showing up in OM

surekha,

Thanks for responding.

The Item is assigned to M1 and M2 and master Org.

Since I found the cause of the problem. I can give a clue it has nothing to do with Item parameters or assigning to Inv Org.

Check if you set the default inventory organization in Order management system parameters.
